Acceptance
By accessing this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the website. The operator is Popovici Alexis — Legal entity (PFA) in course of registration with the Romanian National Trade Register Office (ONRC), fully identified in the Legal Notice.
Purpose of the website
The website presents Aether Agency’s portfolio, capabilities and services and allows visitors to submit an inquiry. Submitting the form does not automatically create a contractual relationship or guarantee project acceptance.
A collaboration begins only after a proposal has been accepted and, where applicable, a contract or firm order has been signed.
Permitted use
- Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt to impair the website’s security, availability or operation.
- Do not use content for illegal or fraudulent activities or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Do not automatically extract or substantially republish content without written permission.
Intellectual property
Text, visual identity, design, animation, code, imagery and portfolio work are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to the operator or its licensors.
Viewing for personal or professional evaluation is permitted. Copying, adapting, distributing or commercially using content requires written permission from the rights holder.
AI materials and technology
Some imagery or creative elements may be made with AI-assisted tools and are presented for demonstration. Rights, warranties and usage limits for project deliverables are established separately by contract.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to maintain accuracy and availability, but the website may be modified, suspended or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from use or unavailability of the website.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. External links are provided for information only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and, failing resolution, by the competent courts.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or law. The published version and stated update date apply.
